I'm off to breakfast but now have spent about 2 full-time hours using the functions of iPhone. This is the second coming of the Macintosh! Can't say enough about how much better this is than my BBP which I loved in its own way. Try browsing your photo library and setting contact pictures. I really enjoyed it. Now I will be getting creative with the process since it is so easy.
I have my brother's photo set for him on his fourth birthday with his cake and candles. Priceless fun. I can't wait to receive a call from him. More soon. Many nay-sayers will have greatly underestimated this device and I am guessing a large share of them will correct that error once they've gotten to play with an iPhone for 15 minutes.
My iPhone photos (taken on the phone) show up as importable in iPhoto when I open iPhoto, of course. Forgot. This isn't an iPod. It takes photos. It has a speaker. You don't need headphones to listen to a podcast if you would rather have your ears free.
iZoho for iPhone may be awesome once they figure out how to get the widescreen keyboard in Safari to work.
I am using all the 8 gigs of space. I am used to my 80 gig iPod. So, it will take a while to optimize the use of that space. I will want to create a great iPhone album in iPhoto. Music is not a problem because I can use a smart playlist and cap it at a certain number of songs.
Scoble is now referring to cult members...
