iSight Video-cam

I don't have one yet. But these things look so cool! I like this shot from the Apple iSight page. I am very interested in trying one of these out. It has such great specs and iChat AV takes all the hassle out of video conferencing. I tried doing that years ago with little satisfaction. Looks like the time is right for this thing. I have several Mac-based friends at a distance who I would love to connect with on this. Let me know about your experiences if you beat me to it.
Hey, Janet,
Yesterday on NPR there was a feature about iTunes. They're finally up to speed! Here's what they had to say:
“iTunes saved the music industry.”
The music industry failed to take on peer to peer (p to p) services in the marketplace. Instead they went to the courts. Web music is the new wave of music consumption. The only question remaining is "Will legitimate music industry be part of it?"
They predict that the price will drop to $.49/tune, and at that point, the music industry will make up all the money lost in the last few years - if they're smart enough.
don't remember when you wrote about iTunes but wanted you to know how much ahead of the mainstream curve you are. Nice work. Keep us current!

Thanks, Sally. I think I'll try to find the NPR feature in their online archives. Stay tuned for more "ahead of the curve" commentary.
